If you are interested in becoming a licensed child care provider and want to know if this business is right for you, find out where to begin by calling F.I.N.D Care at (559) 456-8195 to make an appointment for "Steps to Becoming Licensed," an informative two hour workshop, which will cover the most frequently asked questions potential providers have.

- Legal issues, financial issues, and how to address parents in your program.

This workshop is offered every Tuesday:
1st Tuesday 2:00pm - 3:30pm (Spanish)
2nd Tuesday 9:00am - 10:30am (Hmong)
2rd Tuesday 2:00pm - 3:30pm (English)

- The Next Step:
After you have gone through our workshop and are ready to take the next step, you will need to attend a mandatory licensing orientation offered through The State Department of Social Services Community Licensing Division. A $25 non-refundable fee will be charged to each individual attending an orientation and must be paid prior to registering for a Family Child Care orientation.
The mandatory oreintation is only offered every other month (except December) and you can call at any time to register.

English 8:30am – 1:00pm
Spanish 1:30pm – 4:00pm
