Family Connections Program

Family Connections provides community-based intensive home visitation services as well as parent/child Developmental Learning Groups (DLG’s) for families. Children are provided with the opportunity to receive developmentally appropriate school readiness experiences which include: early literacy, age-appropriate hands-on activities, socialization experiences, and developmental screenings. Parents are provided with tools to enhance their parental competence and positive childhood development, through educational services, child development guidance, and linkages to community resources.
